Always quiet, always in the countryside, yet only 5 minutes from Sarlat town center (3 km), a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.
For lovers of outdoor activities, there's plenty to choose from: canoeing, swimming and fishing in the Dordogne or Vézère rivers, hiking, mountain biking, hot-air ballooning.... You can also enjoy gabare trips on the Dordogne. Just a stone's throw from some of the Dordogne's major sites, this gîte gives you access to visits and walks throughout the region: Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Les Eyzies de Tayac, the caves of Lascaux, Maxange, the Gouffre de Proumeyssac, the Gardens of Marqueyssac and Eyrignac...
This new detached house is nestled in a quiet hamlet. On the first floor, you'll appreciate the open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room. Two pretty bedrooms are at your disposal: each with 1 bed 140x200 and a private shower room. Separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a 500 m² garden in front of the house, and a private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha at the back.
2 parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. Piscine shared with the owners, chlorine pool open from late June to late September, 8x4 m, 1.5 m deep, secured by a tarpaulin.

Hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants. Logement très propre et confortable. Magnifique terrasse et la piscine est un vrai plus pour les enfants. Belle région riche en activités sportives et culturelles. Séjour fort agréable.

Un séjour parfait, le gîte est à proximité de la ville mais aussi de toutes les attractions touristiques de la région. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le gîte était très confortable. C'était un plaisir de y résider pour une semaine

Accueil chaleureux,propriétaires très sympathiques, disponibles et de bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Le site est conforme, fonctionnel, très calme et agréable, il est proche du centre de Sarlat en voiture. Nous conseillons ce gîte.

Christine & Hamilton A Superb & Comfortable Gite!
Stayed for 3 weeks in this lovely and well equipped Gite - perfectly situated in a quiet area with safe off road parking. A short drive from Sarlat town and the many surrounding attractions.
The Gite is very clean and spacious with a large covered Terrace. The two bedrooms are very comfortable, each with en-suite shower & wash basin. Plenty of storage space in the wardrobes & drawer units.
The young owners, Magdalena and Mihah are a delight and very helpful and kind - Magdalena's pastries are superb!

Très bon accueil par notre hôtesse Magdelena.
Le gite est spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est doté d une grande terrasse très agréable d autant que nous avons bénéficie d un très beau temps pendant notre séjour.
Nous avons apprécié les pâtisseries de notre hôtesse pendant notre séjour.
