If you're looking for peace and quiet, nature and the countryside....if you want to get away from it all, this gîte is for you.

A house surrounded by nature! 7 hectares of parkland around the Holiday cottage, absolute peace and quiet.... No-kill fishing available 20 m from the Holiday cottage, small private pond (carp...). Cats and horses on site for the enjoyment of holidaymakers. You'll be between Aquitaine and Limousin, the Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, so you'll be spoilt for choice for your sightseeing and walking tours. Numerous Terra Aventura trails close to the Holiday cottage.
Enjoy the pleasures of discovering the many riches of the region's heritage. The gîte is located next to the well-known village of Saint Pierre de Frugie, with its organic store, restaurant, market and friendly community.
Horses are welcome in the surrounding meadows. A pétanque court and Kids' play area are available in the shady park 10m above. You can also bring your own quad bike and take a few Hiking tours with the owner (circuits of 10 to 50 km or more).

A pretty detached house opposite the owners' home. On the first floor (4 steps), you'll enter the hall which leads to the large living room with a small kitchen (oven/microwave, 4 gas rings...), a lounge with large sofa, TV, internet access and a dining area. There's also a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed, and an attic bathroom with WC.

Piscine shared with the owners and a mobile home, unheated, 9mx4m, 1.20m to 1.75m deep, chlorine-containing, secured by a tarpaulin and fencing (surroundings under construction), open from June to end September. On-site parking.
Shared laundry room with owners, access from outside (washing machine and dryer). Baby bed and high chair.
