This modern house features, on the ground floor, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a corner sofa, a television, and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as a suite with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with a shower and sink. Separate toilet. Upstairs (15 steps) is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside, you’ll have access to a sheltered wooden deck with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside, complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Shared swimming pool with another holiday cottage, measuring 7m x 3.8m, 1.50m deep, saltwater, secured by a cover, open from June through September.
