In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, a warm, sincere and authentic welcome awaits you at the Tourmaline Holiday cottage. Another Holiday cottage on the estate sleeps 6 (24G1018), ideal for multi-generational family gatherings or vacations with friends.
The owners will do their utmost to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Bergerac is a 10-minute drive from this property, which is close to the beautiful towns of Eymet, Issigeac, Monbazillac, Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord... From this vineyard, you can explore the bastides and vineyards of Périgord Pourpre.
You'll have access to the unheated swimming pool shared with the owners, and another Gîtes de France® rental, 8mx8m, 1.60 m deep, chlorine-containing, alarm-protected, open from June to the end of September.

This detached house on a wine-growing estate with outbuildings features a ground-floor kitchen equipped with 3 ceramic hobs, combi-freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, opening onto the dining room. You'll appreciate the 2 bedrooms: one with 1 x 160x200 bed and one with 2 x 90x190 beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. You'll also enjoy a living room equipped with TV and internet in the windowless mezzanine.
Garden furniture and a private barbecue are available in front of the gîte on the 16 m2 terrace. The gîte also has a pétanque court (currently being finished) and a ping-pong table with rackets and balls provided.
