Our gîte is a cosy nest in the heart of Périgord Noir near Lascaux and the border with Corrèze. It has been fully renovated and air-conditioned since July 2019. Old stonework and exposed beams add to the gîte's charm, with an old bread oven dominating the back of the living room. Outside, a picture of nature with stones and vegetation. A soothing, intoxicating place. Located 15 minutes from Montignac, 15 minutes from Brive, 40 minutes from Sarlat and Colonges La Rouge. Plenty of sightseeing nearby. Swimming 15 minutes away at Lac du Causse, with activities including canoeing and paddling.

3 km from Terrasson Lavilledieu (all shops and services), detached house 64 m2. First floor: living room with equipped kitchenette and sitting area. Access to laundry room with washing machine and drying rack. Upstairs, via a spiral staircase: 2 bedrooms with 2 x 80x200 beds (convertible to 160x200) and 1 x 140 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Electric underfloor heating on first floor. Reversible air conditioning and electric towel rail in upstairs shower room.
