Conceived as a true family home, the property harmoniously blends antique objects, meticulous decoration and modern facilities to offer a comfortable and convivial setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends. You arrive at the Holiday cottage via a road with a remarkable view of the Château de Beynac, which you can reach on foot in just 1 km. On site, you'll enjoy a private Piscine and an open-plan setting overlooking the walnut grove and Forest, with large bay windows extending the living area outwards. Ideally located, it's within easy reach of the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir, such as Sarlat, as well as some of France's most beautiful villages, including La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Castelnaud-la-Chapelle. Numerous outdoor activities are also available nearby, including canoeing on the Dordogne and Hiking trails.

This former tobacco drying shed has been completely renovated to create a modern, comfortable Holiday cottage. On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with sofa, TV, wifi and a functional wood-burning stove. After 3 steps, discover the night space with 2 suites each equipped with a 160x200 bed, and their adjoining open-plan shower room with walk-in shower and basin. One bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower and basin. Separate WC. A study with a 90x200 bed. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed. From the living room, a large retractable bay window opens onto a large west-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and parasol.
