Walking or cycling on the "voie verte" from Limeuil to Les Eyzies, starting near the Holiday cottage.
In addition to our privileged Location, you'll enjoy a private swimming pool and jacuzzi in the veranda, available all year round.
For our animal friends, a shed separate from the Holiday cottage is available on request.

95 m² house on a 1200 m² fully enclosed plot with private parking and Public parking lot 10 m away. Situated in a lively village environment, close to communal services, school, this rental offers convenient access to everyday amenities. You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and combined freezer, as well as a small living room with TV and internet, opening onto a large veranda hosting the dining room and private Jacuzzi. The Holiday cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 120 bed. The master suite has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom with shower and WC. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You'll appreciate the private heated saltwater Piscine (8 m x 4 m, 1.50 m deep), secured by a tarpaulin and open from April to the end of September. Gas barbecue and pétanque court for summer evenings. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity included. End-of-stay cleaning: €90.
