Come and discover this 5-person Holiday cottage in Saint Méard de Drône. This fully renovated Holiday cottage is adjoined by another Holiday cottage (24G10459), and can be rented together. The shared swimming pool is ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing. The region offers a wide range of tourist activities. Heritage enthusiasts can visit the church of Saint-Méard, a 12th-century building listed as a Monument Historique. Nature lovers will appreciate the picturesque landscapes of the Dronne valley, ideal for Hiking and canoeing. Nearby Brantôme, nicknamed the "Venice of Périgord", boasts a Benedictine abbey founded in 769 and charming narrow streets. Gourmets will be delighted to sample local specialities at the nearby markets and restaurants.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer...), a dining area and a lounge area with corner sofa, TV and wifi. On the 1st floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet, and a second bedroom with a 90cm bed. Then, on the 2nd floor, a mezzanine with 2 90cm beds. Each bedroom has its own fan.
The living room leads out onto the terrace with garden furniture.
Outside, you'll enjoy a swimming pool shared with another Holiday cottage (size 9x4, progressive depth up to 1m80, secured by a tarpaulin bar) open from June to mid-September.
