3 km from Sarlat (all shops and services), this 65 m2 Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' house and overlooks a 4000 m² park planted with trees and flowers. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (induction, dishwasher, oven) opening onto the living room with TV and fiber-optic Wifi Internet connection, and a desk. A 1st bedroom with 1 x 180x200 bed, which can be converted into two 90x200 beds on request.a shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
On the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase, 2 further bedrooms are available: the 1st with a 160 x 200 cm bed with TV and DVD player, and the 2nd with 2 90X200 beds that can be converted into a 180 cm bed with TV. Each room is equipped with a TV and Wifi access. Separate WC.
