This charming detached house is located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, 6 km from the village of Belvès (where you'll find all the shops you need), just off the D51 road. This location makes it easy to reach all the prestigious sites of the Périgord Noir region, including the medieval city of Sarlat and its exceptional heritage (25 km), the châteaux of Beynac, Castelnaud and Les Milandes, and the gardens of Marqueyssac... For nature-lovers, there are many beautiful trails nearby. Whether you're looking for a cultural or nature vacation, we've got you covered! When it comes to gastronomy, you'll be spoilt for choice with numerous local markets, including Le Bugue, 20 minutes away, where you can discover the treasures of Périgord gastronomy.
Finally, from the house, you have access to a field belonging to the owner, below which flows a river.

You'll enter this pretty gîte via a raised first floor (5 steps), and discover a fully-equipped kitchen, with oven, combi-freezer, 4 gas rings, dishwasher and microwave. The living/dining room (with TV & Wifi) opens directly onto the pretty wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue with a view over the countryside. On this level: 1 bedroom with 1 x 180x200cm bed and 1 private shower room with walk-in shower and 1 basin. Separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, 1 bathroom and separate WC. Below the gîte, you'll enjoy a private above-ground swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck (entrance by 1 ladder), unheated and equipped with an alarm (chlorine, dimensions 6X4 depth 1.3m).
