In the heart of Périgord Noir, 80 m2 single-storey holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house and another seasonal rental. Book this pleasant Holiday cottage, which includes a living room with kitchenette (TV, fiber internet), 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), two bathrooms, a toilet and a laundry room (washing machine). The Holiday cottage has Electric heating and the living room has reversible air conditioning. The Holiday cottage has its own enclosed grounds, a swing shared with the other gîte, a heated swimming pool (11mx8m) open from mid-May to mid-September with cover and barrier, and a spa open from mid-May to mid-September.
