This old house, typical of the Périgord region with its old bread oven, was restored in 2022. It offers modern comfort, spacious living and the charm of centuries-old stone. Independent and with a private space not overlooked, it is located in the small hamlet of pechmezel, where the owners live.
The tranquil setting is ideal for relaxing in the freshness of the old stones, and for visiting all the major sites of the Périgord Noir, Lot and Corrèze regions within a forty-minute radius. The Hiking trails you can take from the hamlet will also enable you to discover the landscape and built heritage of this unspoilt environment.

12 km from Souillac (all shops) and 24 km from Sarlat, 60 m2 detached house close to other homes. All on one level. Living room with kitchenette and sitting area. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room. Separate WC. Electric heating. Covered shed. Unenclosed grounds with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Wifi via fiber.
