The house is located in the commune of Thenon in the Périgord Noir region. Its privileged location gives you easy access to a wide range of visits and outdoor activities, including accrobranche, 1 km away.
In the immediate vicinity, you can discover the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux, the Tourtoirac cave, the Château de Hautefort, the Doctor Museum, the Rouffignac caves or the Château de l'Herm... The many gourmet markets in the summer and traditional markets are all great opportunities to pack your suitcases and take home some delicious Périgord delicacies.

This pleasant detached house is located close to the owners and is not overlooked. On the first floor, it comprises an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room, a bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 180cm bed that can be converted into two 90cm beds.
Outside, 2 terraces, one of which is south-facing and features a ping-pong table, garden furniture, a gas barbecue and a view of the private swimming pool (chlorine-fired, secured by a fence, 10x5M, covered by a removable shelter, open from early May to late September and unheated). There's also a play area 10 m in front of the house with a pétanque pitch, tipi cabin, volleyball net and trampoline.
Private parking for 5 vehicles, garage available on site. Baby equipment on site: Umbrella bed, cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, etc.
