The main sites are 10 minutes away: Ribérac with its farmers' market (foie gras, truffles, etc.), the Circuit des Eglises Romanes du Ribéracois, Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of France's most beautiful villages (12th-century monolithic church with sarcophagi), the "Poltrot" leisure park (Accrobranches, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, swimming...). 30 minutes away: Brantôme (Venise Verte du Périgord), Villars caves, Périgueux. One hour: Bergerac, St-Emilion, Cognac, Angoulème. Less than 2 hours: Sarlat, Bordeaux, the ocean (Royan, ile d'Oléron).

House adjoining another 2-person rental and the owners' home, not overlooked. You'll enter through a bright living room opening onto the terrace, comprising a kitchen and a sitting room with TV and WiFi. An original feature of this room: a window closes off access to an old well.
The bedroom has 1 double bed (140x190). You'll reach the shower room with shower and washbasin and the separate WC by climbing down 2 steps.
Outside, you'll appreciate the small private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A shared plot of 6200m² is also available.
Swimming pool shared with the 2-person gîte and the owners, unheated, salt water, secured by a tarpaulin, open from May 15 to September 15, 3.5x7m, depth 1.20 to 1.50, entry by steps.
Baby equipment on request: 1 cot and 1 high chair.
