Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, "Notre perle du Périgord" is a beautiful Périgord house that will welcome you in all seasons, ideally located near the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda (8km), in the Enéa valley. Close to another Gîtes de France® Holiday cottage 24G10089. In the surrounding area, there's no shortage of things to do and see: discover the Dordogne valley and its magnificent villages of Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, gabare trips or swimming in the Dordogne river. Also worth seeing are the gardens of Eyrignac, the water gardens of Carsac, the zoological reserve of Calviac, the castles of Fénelon, Castelnaud, des Milandes... This house has a large terrace, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi open from May 1 to September 30. The Piscine is a chlorine pool, secured by a cover, measuring 11x5m, with a diamond-shaped depth of up to 2 meters. Piscine and jacuzzi open from May 1 to September 30 (pool not heated).
This large, bright and charming house, with its mix of traditional and contemporary features, will seduce you from the moment you arrive with its elegance and golden stonework. On the ground floor: a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace and a utility room with washing machine and toilet. Then the living room with stone fireplace opening onto a south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and a master suite (2 steps) with 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room, WC and dressing room. Upstairs (15 steps), you'll find a landing leading to a suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with 1 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. WC.
From the terrace you can discover a magnificent swimming pool with deckchairs and a jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi open from May 1 to September 30.

Nous venons d'Auvergne, plus exactement de Haute-Loire, il y a plusieurs années nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette belle région Le Périgord Noir avec ses pierres dorées, son riche patrimoine, sa culture, sa gastronomie traditionnelle et généreuse du Sud-Ouest.
Elle a su conquérir notre cœur et nos valeurs de Carpe Diem « Cueillir le jour présent sans nous soucier du lendemain », une belle initiation à la sagesse épicurienne, vous ne trouvez pas !!
Nous souhaitions un lieu qui nous permette de nous poser, d'être ensemble, de partager. Un lieu qui amène la sérénité, le plaisir de vivre des instants de bonheur en famille, avec les amis. Mais aussi de pouvoir le partager avec vous en espérant que « Notre Pigeonnier de Nathalène » vous amène les mêmes sentiments et vous comble de bonheur tout au long de votre séjour.
Pour que votre séjour soit bon et agréable, à votre arrivée dans notre ravissante périgourdine, vous serez accueillis par Elisa et Arthur(conciergerie) qui veillera au bon déroulement de votre séjour et se fera un plaisir de répondre à toutes vos questions.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr gute Lage in Bezug auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Perigord noir (Sarlat-la-Canéda etc.).

Pleased Client A Great Place to Stay
Our family has travelled for decades all across the globe. Our style is extended stays at Gites, AirBnBs, VRBOs, and others. We are all in agreement that this property is one of the best, if not the best in which we have stayed. Thomas, our host, was attentive and gracious.
It is a newly renovated old stone-built house that has all the amenities. It has the best, well supplied kitchen we have had to date. Its bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable (a real must for us). Its pool and Jacuzzi style hot tub are well maintained. It has plenty of outside seating with plenty of room for family dining and get togethers inside and outdoors. It is very well connected to the Internet and phone towers for those who want to stay connected to the outside world in this idyllic country setting. Our recommendation, of course, is to just let the craziness of the modern world slip away for the days you spend in this country setting.
It is located in a small village but within easy driving distance to Sarlat (with its old town charm and memorable farmers markets) and countless sights. When you are here, pick up a bottle of walnut liquor (yes, that’s right). Enjoy the truffles and duck for which this region is known and justifiably proud. Stop at most any roadside restaurant and enjoy a great meal. If you are inclined, find any of the great fine-dining restaurants in the region and enjoy. We found the Auberge de la Rode while sightseeing in Domme particularly pleasant as a fine dining experience. We found Coin, Coin in Sarlat to be a great stop for tapas style eating. But, really, you are in France! Enjoy the food!- Cleanliness

Traduction : Notre famille a voyagé pendant des décennies à travers le monde. Nous sommes tous d'accord pour dire que cette propriété est l'une des meilleures, sinon la meilleure, dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Thomas, notre hôte, était attentionné et courtois.Il s'agit d'une ancienne maison en pierre récemment rénovée qui dispose de toutes les commodités. Elle possède la meilleure cuisine équipée que nous ayons eue à ce jour. Ses chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. La piscine et son bain à remous de style jacuzzi sont bien entretenus. Très bonne connexion à Internet pour ceux qui souhaitent rester connectés au monde extérieur dans ce cadre champêtre idyllique.
Gite situé dans un petit village mais à quelques minutes en voiture de Sarlat et d'innombrables sites touristiques..... -
Gerard Stunning house in a stunning location
This is a beautiful house and property, with a wonderful pool. My family and I had a wonderful two weeks here. The house is immaculately decorated with wonderful facilities throughout. We ate dinner out each evening and watched the sun go down as the stars then lit up the skies. One small note is there is no air conditioning which meant the upstairs bedrooms were very hot at night. Whilst there were fans provided it remained warm. That aside, I would say this house is as close to perfection as you can get. Thank you to the owners.
