Each room has been designed to guarantee Wellbeing and functionality, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's the ideal place to enjoy your vacation in a harmonious, well-kept setting, with easy access to one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, the medieval village of Belvès, as well as to a number of emblematic sites nearby, such as the Gouffre de Proumeyssac, 30 km away, and the Camp de César archaeological circuit with its troglodyte dwellings. You'll enjoy a privileged location in the heart of the rich Périgord Noir region, while also being close to the Périgord Pourpre region for visits to bastides and wineries.

House with private parking located in a recent neighborhood with a few houses. The main room features a large sofa, TV, games, books and internet access. The open kitchen with central island is equipped with dishwasher, hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, L'Or coffee maker and fridge-freezer combo. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms: one with a 180cm bed and private shower room, the other two with 160cm beds and a shared shower room. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed and high chair) is available on request. Outside, a garden terrace on a private 300 m² plot with garden furniture and parasol. Neat, contemporary decor.
