This holiday cottage is located in a valley designated as a "protected natural site." Set on the grounds of a renovated old mill, a millstone is still visible in the garden. Just 50 meters from the cottage, you’ll enjoy the nearby stream known as "Le Caudeau."¶
This house is situated between Périgueux, a city designated a "City of Art and History" 30 km away, Bergerac in the heart of the Vineyards 28 km away, and Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage 55 km away. A walking trail passes right in front of the holiday cottage, allowing you to enjoy lovely walks with family or friends. Dordogne Valley (castles, villages...) and Vézère Valley (prehistoric sites, Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, 50 km away, Les Eyzies de Tayac, 35 km away...).¶
Just 5 km from the holiday cottage, you can enjoy Lake Neufont, with supervised swimming in July and August. There is a lakeside café and restaurant on site.
From the holiday cottage’s covered terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the 4,000 m² open garden and a 200 m² enclosed courtyard. At your disposal are garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a children’s play area (swings and slide), and a garden shed.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, and opens onto the dining room with wood-burning stove and the living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV and internet access. First floor: bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds. Separate WC. Electric heating. From the covered terrace, you'll enjoy a lovely view over the 4000 m2 unenclosed garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and ping-pong table are at your disposal. All included.
