Holiday cottage Mathys, located in Doissat in the Périgord Noir, welcomes you at the end of a cul-de-sac, in unspoilt surroundings with uninterrupted views of the Forest and Countryside. This Holiday cottage is ideal for getting away from it all and enjoying the Périgord lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle. Its location makes it easy to discover the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Lascaux, Monpazier or Biron. The nearby Lot region also offers excursions to Padirac and Rocamadour. An ideal starting point for exploring a region rich in heritage, scenery and gastronomy.

Enjoy this adjoining tobacco drying room, not overlooked by another Holiday cottage. After two steps, you'll reach a lovely main room featuring a living room with sofas and wood-burning stove, as well as a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave and induction hob. A corridor leads to two bedrooms, one with a Bed 140 x 190, the other with two 90x200 beds that can be joined together to make a 180x200, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
In front of the Holiday cottage, a garden table affords an unobstructed view of the Countryside. On the estate, there's a shared pétanque court, a covered terrace area with barbecue and pool table, treadmill, darts board and badminton net, plus an above-ground swimming pool shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the owners measuring 8.70 x 3.75 m, 1.30 m deep, chlorine-treated, with ladder access. A shared laundry room with washing machine is also available, subject to a charge. Parking on site. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed and high chair.
