A charming former farmhouse, this holiday cottage in Archignac welcomes you to a lush, green setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. Its spacious rooms allow everyone to fully enjoy the property, while the enclosed courtyard is a real plus for families with kids or pets. Outside, you’ll enjoy the private Piscine—perfect for relaxing on beautiful summer days—as well as outdoor spaces ideal for meals and socializing.
From the holiday cottage, set out to explore Sarlat-la-Canéda, a must-see medieval town; the Jardins d’Eyrignac, located just a few kilometers away; or the Lascaux IV International Center for Cave Art in Montignac. Villages listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France,” such as Saint-Amand-de-Coly, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac, and Domme, are also must-see destinations. Lovers of history and nature can also explore the Vézère Valley, the prehistoric caves, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, and the famous Marqueyssac Gardens. It’s the perfect place to enjoy all that the Dordogne has to offer while staying in a pristine setting.

Stone house in a former farmhouse consisting of a large living area with a sitting area (Wi-Fi, smart TV), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (1 step). The hallway leads to a separate toilet with a sink and a bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The first bedroom has two 90x200 beds; up one step is a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed; and up another step is a large bedroom with an 180x200 bed. Heating is provided by electric radiators.
Outside, enjoy a covered patio with garden furniture, a second patio with a lounge area, a charcoal grill, and a small plancha grill. A private chlorinated Piscine, measuring 8x4, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1m90, secured by a fence and open from June through the end of September. A ping-pong table.
All set on an unfenced 8,000 m² lot. In front of the house is a 300 m² enclosed courtyard with a carport for parking cars.
