Maison Labatut awaits you in the heart of Périgord Noir, in the Sarlat-Lascaux-Les Eyzies triangle. A unique setting to relax in after exploring the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, les Milandes...), its "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Castelnaud) or the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Lascaux caves, Rouffignac, Font de Gaume, Combarelles) and troglodytic sites (Maison Forte de Reignac, Roque Saint-Christophe, Madeleine village)...

Detached house surrounded by nature in an old hamlet with slate-roofed houses, featuring a small kitchen, a dining room, and a raised living room accessible via 3 steps (sofa, armchairs, Wi-Fi), as well as a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A staircase with 6 steps leads to two bedrooms: one with a 180-size bed and a sink, the other with two 80-size beds and a sink.
Park your car in the shade behind the house; a parking area with several spaces is available. Out front, on the stone terrace or sitting in the garden furniture, enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and woods!
After a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy the hamlet’s Piscine (saltwater, 12x4, depth 1.35m, unheated, secured by an alarm; access to the water is via a ladder), which you’ll share with the owners and three other families.
Baby gear available upon request: 1 Umbrella bed and 1 high chair.
Sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
