La maison du Roustigou is a former barn built in the 18th century, renovated with quality materials and featuring a private Piscine. The house is located in the picturesque village of Archignac, in Fénelon country, just north of Sarlat, classified as a City of Art and History (23 km).
You'll be close to both the Vézère Valley, with its caves and troglodytic sites, and the Dordogne Valley, with its castles and charming villages such as Domme, Beynac-et-Cazenac and La Roque-Gageac (Plus beaux villages de France), which enjoy exceptional riverside locations!
For Hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous loops nearby. And for those who prefer the pleasures of the water, what could be better than a canoe trip to discover the majestic landscapes of the Dordogne Valley?

This detached house is a renovated 18th-century barn. The first floor comprises a main room with kitchen opening onto the living room (TV, internet, wood-burning stove) and dining room, a bedroom with 140x190cm bed and en-suite shower room, and separate WC (with washing machine).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 modular 80x190cm beds; and a shower room with WC.
You'll enjoy our private, unheated swimming pool (1.1m to 1.30m deep, 5mx4m, with steps, chlorinated) open from June to September. There's also a covered plancha area, barbecue, darts, table soccer and table tennis.
On-site parking. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
