This peaceful pied-à-terre also offers easy access to major tourist sites: the Bergerac region with its vineyards and bastides, the City of Bergerac just 18 km away, and the Vézère Valley with its natural treasures (with the added bonus of being right in the heart of the Brame du Cerf).

Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a private bathroom with bath and WC. Parking on the property. Baby equipment: high chair.
