Just 8 km from Périgueux, you can discover the town, its superb cathedral and its must-see market! 30 km from Brantôme, "The Venice of Périgord", Bourdeilles and its medieval castle, Villars and its cave and Renaissance castle. A 1-hour drive will take you to the Bergerac vineyards, Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art) or Sarlat "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire". Walks start from the gîte. Close to all shops and amenities, but in a quiet, green setting.

A modern, restored stone house adjoining another gîte 24G10704. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a large 60 m2 living room, with a fully-equipped kitchen (2 gas rings, washing machine, oven, microwave) opening onto the living room with TV, wood-burning stove, air conditioning and dining area, a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 2 air-conditioned attic bedrooms with a slightly lower entrance at 1.30 m from the ground. The 1st bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the 2nd a 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds. You'll appreciate the 30 m2 terrace with barbecue and the private octagonal swimming pool, 4m long, 1.20m deep, unheated, open from May to mid-October, secured by alarm and tarpaulin.
