Situated in the heart of a farmhouse, this holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house invites you to enjoy an authentic stay in the Countryside. In this green setting, you can watch the farm animals (chickens and sheep) to the delight of young and old alike. A ping-pong table is also available. The limited WIFI connection will enable you to organize your visits and keep in touch with friends and family.
Nearby you'll find Hiking trails through chestnut and cep country, as well as numerous tourist sites between the Lot and Dordogne, including caves (Lascaux 4), numerous châteaux (Biron, Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac...), gardens (Marqueyssac), listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme...) and bastides (Monpazier, Beaumont), and Rocamadour!
Enjoy a spacious and comfortable house, very well heated and with a terrace, a garden with charcoal barbecue and a private swimming pool (10mx5m, 2.20m deep, open from the beginning of April to the end of October, chlorinated, with cover). The Piscine can be heated to 26°C from June 1 to September 20 for €20 per day, payable to the owner.
On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant kitchen opening onto the living-dining room with fireplace and a magnificent functional piano (Yamaha C3). Upstairs, you'll find a 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a 2nd with a 160x200 bed and a 3rd bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. Two bedrooms open onto a pleasant balcony. The shower room and WC are also on the first floor. Dry toilets have been created in the garden.
Central heating is included in the price, but some options are not included in the price (extra charges apply).

Solti Weekend prolongé
Le logement se trouve au sein d'une exploitation agricole à 2km de Besse. 3 générations sont présentes sur l'exploitation pour notre plus grand plaisir. Tout le monde est agréable et bienveillant... Un vrai plaisir
Le logement a tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable même si la cuisine mériterait quelques améliorations (plaque a changer et quelques ustensiles a ajouter).
Le gîte est tout près de Villefranche du Périgord où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin (carburant, épicerie, boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie, restaurant...).
L'Eglise de Besse est magnifique et vaut le détour.

Celinek Calme et relaxant
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte, qui est confortable et spacieux. Très bon accueil de Jérémie et de la famille, qui reste discrète.
Nous avons apprécié la piscine, grande avec un bel environnement de nature autour, et les extérieurs terrasse, table de ping-pong...
C'était agréable de rentrer au gîte et de retrouver le calme après une journée à découvrir les beautés de la région, assez touristique en Août.- Cleanliness

Ophéchaps Belles vacances dans ce gite de campagne
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires du gite. Le gite se situe à côté de la maison des grands parents mais cela ne dérange en rien. La piscine est très belle est agréable après une journee de visites. Le gite est excentré des principaux sites touristiques de la Dordogne (40min de Sarlat par exemple), mais parfait pour une belle semaine de repos.

Karlijn Heerlijk huis in prachtige omgeving
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met het gezin. Alles was aanwezig en we voelden ons al snel thuis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige en gezellige huis. Het was eind april en het zwembad was al open. Echt een heerlijk zwembad. Nog onverwarmd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. De kinderen waren ook gek op de hondjes en poes die er rondliepen. De eigenaren waren ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk. In besse heb je een prachtig kerkje. Je kunt wandelen en mountainbiken in de omgeving. Het was er helemaal niet zo toeristisch. Het is ongeveer een 30 km van Sarlat en de kano plekken waar het al een stuk drukker is maar ook net zo mooi. Sla de zondagsmarkt in Cazals niet over en ga daar koffie drinken op het terras. monpazier is prachtig en het kasteel (Biron) echt een aanrader. Kortom we komen graag weer terug.

Traduction : Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. Tout y était et nous nous sommes vite sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons apprécié la belle et confortable maison. C'était fin avril et la piscine était déjà ouverte. Une piscine vraiment très agréable. Les enfants ont également adoré les chiens et le chat qui couraient partout. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement hospitaliers et sympathiques. A Besse, vous avez une belle petite église. Vous pourrez faire de la randonnée et du VTT dans la région. Il se situe à environ 30 km de Sarlat et des spots de canoë. Ne manquez pas le marché du dimanche à Cazals et prenez un café en terrasse. Monpazier est magnifique et le château (Biron) est vivement recommandé. Bref, nous serions ravis de revenir.
