Stay in the heart of the world capital of prehistory! This 6-person holiday cottage, located right in the center of Les Eyzies, is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Museums and the river. Semi-detached from a year-round home, and right next to the owner's hotel-restaurant, you'll enjoy a warm, convenient stay. Piscine shared with the hotel. Nearby attractions: Font-de-Gaume cave, Lascaux, Musée national de Préhistoire, troglodytic sites, less than 30 minutes from Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac. Not forgetting the gardens of Eyrignac and Marqueyssac. And canoe trips depart from the village. An ideal base for exploring the Périgord Noir.

The ground floor leads to a large living room with a sitting area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine and separate WC complete the ground floor. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a second bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a third bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. And separate WC. There's a terrace with garden furniture and an enclosed garden of approx. 100m2.
Piscine with chlorine, shared with the owner's hotel, 12mx4m, 1m50 deep, open from mid-May to end-September, and heated in May, June and September. The Piscine is secured by a barrier and gate with digicode. The Piscine is accessible from outside the Holiday cottage, and is in the immediate vicinity. One small car can be parked in front of the Holiday cottage. Various public parking lots in the village.
