Ideally located in Thiviers, this Holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Périgord Vert. Take advantage of Thiviers' typical Market, renowned for its local produce, while having access to all essential services nearby. Nature and adventure lovers will be delighted: Hiking, mountain biking, canoeing or strolling in the Forest, the surrounding area abounds in outdoor activities. Explore characterful villages such as Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord", or Saint-Jean-de-Côle, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. A rejuvenating getaway awaits you!

Upstairs, 4 elegant, comfortable bedrooms, 3 with 160x200 beds and one with a 90x190 trundle bed. A bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.
Outside, you'll find a private fenced-in courtyard behind the house with barbecue and garden furniture, overlooking the 2500 m2 enclosed orchard. Covered bicycle shed. Parking space on the property.
