In the Périgord, everything is beautiful, and the small village of Trémolat is a fine example of typical architecture, with water sports on the Lake.
In terms of nature, the Holiday cottage is the starting point for walks to discover the flora and fauna, as well as natural lookouts offering a unique 180-degree panorama not to be missed (commune of Limeuil and Trémolat).
In terms of discoveries, just 30 minutes from the Holiday cottage, you'll be able to visit the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir and Purple regions, including bastides, vineyards, the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites.

From the raised first floor, you enter into a modern, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining area (TV, internet), with access to a large suspended terrace covered by an awning, with a superb view over the Dordogne. The gîte is on one level after the outside steps. A corridor leads to 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (160x200).
