The house is at the gateway to the Quercy region, with 14 of France's most beautiful villages within a 10-minute to 1-hour drive: Domme, La Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Beynac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour...

Attractive, comfortable single-storey house 500 meters from the village of Saint Martial de Nabirat in the Périgord Noir region. The kitchen is equipped with a combination freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and 3 ceramic hobs, and opens onto the living room (TV and wifi fiber) and dining room. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. There's a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a bathroom with shower and separate WC. There's also a bike shed with padlock. From the living room's large picture windows, you'll have access to the south-facing, unoverlooked wooden terrace, where you can relax after the day's sightseeing.
