A very bright and comfortable detached house, with a private Jacuzzi on the unoverlooked covered terrace (open all year round). Enjoy a small lounge with barbecue on the Holiday cottage's second covered terrace. Near shops (300 m): bakery, butcher's, doctor's surgery, hairdresser, bar, restaurant, Pharmacy... Close to cycle paths (300 m), canoe bases and the Dordogne (600 m). You'll enjoy unforgettable visits to the Dordogne Valley's many tourist attractions, and Sarlat, the emblematic city of Périgord Noir, is just 5 km away. Also just a few kilometers away, you can discover the riches of Périgord by strolling through the towns and villages (Montignac-Lascaux, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac...), castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes...), remarkable gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac...). Take advantage of gabare trips (La Roque Gageac and Beynac). For the more sporty, canoeing on the Dordogne...

A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room (4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined freezer). Holiday cottage fully air-conditioned with a full TV package with Canal, Netflix, wifi. You'll have access to 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed in each, a TV and private shower rooms with a walk-in shower and WC. There's also a laundry room with a washing machine. Cast-iron parking in front of the Holiday cottage (approx. 4 locations). Everything is included (towels, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning). Baby equipment: bed, chair, changing table. No recharging facilities for electric vehicles.
