Just 6km from Sarlat-la-Canéda (all amenities), and 7km from the Dordogne river, in the heart of the countryside. You'll love the choice of activities on offer in the region, including visits to châteaux (Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Château des Milandes...), chasms and caves, parks and gardens, prehistoric and wildlife parks... Walks in the heart of villages, some of which are listed as "the most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac), a visit to the Bastide of Domme, founded in 1281... and, 25 km away, a visit to the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art in Montignac. Numerous sporting activities are also available, including cycling (cycle path), canoeing and kayaking, fishing and hiking trails....

The single-storey house with private entrance is adjacent to the owners' residence. It has its own private courtyard and garden. The main room features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with table and five chairs, and a sitting area with sofa, armchair and TV. Wifi access is available throughout. The two bedrooms each have a 160 x 200 bed. An independent shower room and separate toilet complete the interior layout. Outside, a shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a private inflatable spa accessible all year round. The owners provide a shared swimming pool, open from June 05 to September 20. This pool, secured by a curtain, is chlorine-treated, measures 4x8m and has a depth of 1.65m. (unheated pool)
