Housed in a 12th century building, a former monastery with links to the Knights Templar, this Holiday cottage offers a unique experience combining character and comfort. You'll be immediately seduced by its huge fireplace, worthy of the finest chateaux in the Dordogne, and by its complete renovation, with its warm, meticulous decoration. The Holiday cottage is located in a hamlet steeped in history, in the heart of the Countryside, yet within easy reach of the center of Périgueux. A City of Art and History, Périgueux is famous for its UNESCO-listed Saint-Front cathedral, its old town center, its markets and its gastronomy. From Chancelade, you'll have easy access to the abbey, Hiking trails, Brantôme, the Isle and Dronne valleys, and many of Périgord's cultural and gastronomic sites. In summer, the terrace overlooking the hamlet's rooftops invites you to take full advantage of the fine weather.

After 3 steps, you'll reach the living room with sofa, connected TV (Netflix, Canal +, Prime, Disney +), Wifi, decorative fireplace and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, table-top fridge...). Reversible air conditioning in the living area. Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin and toilet. On the 1st floor, a 1st bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed. From the latter room, access to a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed and high chair. Public parking lot 200 m away. Included in the price: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. Optional pet supplement White zone but wifi connection via fiber optic cable.
