In the heart of the Isle Valley, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the whole département. You'll be 50 minutes from the Bergerac region (vineyards, bastides), the Vézère Valley (caves, troglodytic sites, chasm) and the beautiful walks of the Périgord Vert, and an hour from Sarlat and the sites of the Dordogne Valley (castles, gardens). Just 30 minutes away, don't miss Brantôme!
Just 9 km from Périgueux, discover the town's historic center, with its imposing Gallo-Roman remains, medieval old town and majestic Saint-Front cathedral. When it comes to gastronomy, the City is brimming with fine restaurants serving classic Périgord dishes, and its Wednesday and Saturday Markets are a favorite with locals and visitors alike!
You can also walk or cycle along the "voie verte" along the Isle river.

Discover this fully air-conditioned, modern stone barn close to the City, yet surrounded by greenery. It adjoins another Holiday cottage (24G387).
The first floor comprises a large 50 m² living room, with a kitchen (equipped with a 3-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer combo) opening onto the living room with TV and wifi. A toilet and washing machine are also available.
A first staircase leads to the attic bedroom with two 90x190 beds (the ceiling height at the top of the staircase is 1.50 m from the floor).
On the landing, a small door for the Kids allows them to communicate with the parents' bedroom if required.
A second staircase leads to the shower room and bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
You'll appreciate the terrace with its double exposure, relaxation area and barbecue, as well as the easy parking.
