Located in Périgord Blanc, this very comfortable detached house: Kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction, combi-freezer) opening onto a dining area with wood-burning stove, wifi. Living room with TV, 2 sofas, armchairs.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm), and a shower room with WC. The Holiday cottage also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and table soccer.
Outside, you can relax on the sun loungers by the private swimming pool, 9m by 4m, 1.5m deep, secured by a roller shutter, open from early May to late October.
It can be heated on request, for a supplement payable on site. Terrace next to the kitchen with barbecue. Private parking on the property, secure gate. Enclosed grounds of approx. 1000m2. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing table.
