Ideally located in the center of the department, this beautiful Holiday cottage (3 stars), nestled in the heart of an estate of meadows and Forest, is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, yet only 5 minutes by car from Périgueux City center. You'll be able to explore the Gallo-Roman remains of the city, as well as its medieval old town and Renaissance mansions. You can also take a day trip to other parts of Périgord to discover Bergerac and its vineyards (50min), the Dordogne Valley with the medieval town of Sarlat, its majestic castles and gardens (1h), the Vézère Valley with its numerous caves and troglodyte sites (45 min), or the superb Hiking trails of the Périgord Vert (45min)!
After a day's sightseeing, you can relax by the Piscine in a peaceful setting close to all amenities.

In this charming Bungalow (1 step to the entrance), you'll find all the comforts you need for a successful stay. The living area features a sitting area, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Separate WC. On sunny days, you'll be able to enjoy a lovely unheated swimming pool shared with the owners (open from May to September, with chlorine, measuring 4x8m and 1 to 2 meters deep, secured by an alarm and with a covered shelter).
