Ideally located in the center of the department, this beautiful Holiday cottage (3 stars), nestled in the heart of an estate of meadows and Forest, is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, yet only 5 minutes by car from Périgueux City center. You'll be able to explore the Gallo-Roman remains of the city, as well as its medieval old town and Renaissance mansions. You can also take a day trip to other parts of Périgord to discover Bergerac and its vineyards (50min), the Dordogne Valley with the medieval town of Sarlat, its majestic castles and gardens (1h), the Vézère Valley with its numerous caves and troglodyte sites (45 min), or the superb Hiking trails of the Périgord Vert (45min)!
After a day's sightseeing, you can relax by the Piscine in a peaceful setting close to all amenities.
In this charming Bungalow (1 step to the entrance), you'll find all the comforts you need for a successful stay. The living area features a sitting area, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Separate WC. On sunny days, you'll be able to enjoy a lovely unheated swimming pool shared with the owners (open from May to September, with chlorine, measuring 4x8m and 1 to 2 meters deep, secured by an alarm and with a covered shelter).
Price includes: sheets, towels, household linen, electricity.
End-of-stay cleaning: 80€, Heating: 15€ / day

Cécile Gîte parfait
Quel plaisir d'avoir passer une semaine dans ce gîte. L'environnement est calme, Périgueux est à deux pas et de beaux sites à visiter sont aux alentours. Le gîte est très bien équipé et James apporte une touche personnalisée en mettant à disposition des jeux pour les enfants en fonction de leurs âges. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du gîte qui reste frais durant une semaine particulièrement chaude.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den großen Pool ausgiebig genutzt.Das Gite ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir waren in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Altstadt.Perfekt!

Un accueil chaleureux dans ce très beau gîte, propre, très bien équipé, salle de bain nouvellement refaite avec douche à l'italienne ! Je recommande vivement ce gîte très au calme dans un cadre superbe à seulement 10 mn de Périgueux.

Michiel Nice house in excellent location
We were very nicely welcomed by James. He showed to be very proud of his house and its spacious estate. We can only affirm that he had good reasons to be proud, because we fully enjoyed the nice house, the pool, and the quiet environment.
It is close to the centre of Perigueux, to be reached in a few minutes by car. By bike it proofed to be a challenge as the house is on top of relatively steep road.- Cleanliness

cpals Excellent spot near Perigeux
The gite is located on a very nice and quiet spot very close to Perigeux. The owners received us very friendly and the gite had everything we needed and was decorated beautiful. It is a great base to visit this part of the Dordogne. We really recommend this gite, we had a great time.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans le gîte de James et de sa femme.
Nous avons étés très bien accueillis: logement très propre, jouets mis à disposition pour nos filles, disponibilité etc
La maison est au calme et très agréable. La piscine est sécurisée ce qui est appréciable avec de jeunes enfants.
