Gîte located in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, in the Bergerac region, on a 4-hectare estate. You'll love the verdant, flower-filled setting on the edge of a 2-hectare pond (canoeing, pedal-boating, amateur no-kill fishing). The Périgord is a land of its own, with a beneficial climate. So it was only natural that early man should make it the natural cradle of humanity, and a land where our ancestors could flourish, enriching our heritage over the years. When you return from your visit, you'll appreciate the heated swimming pool, shared with another gîte, 2 guest rooms and the owners, salt water, dimensions 4mx8m, depth 1.10m to 1.40m, open and heated from May to October, secured by a cover.

Living room with 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and sitting area with TV and air-conditioning. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating and pellet stove. Terrace with garden furniture, shady park, swing, ping-pong table, parking lot. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, playpen. Pets may be accepted subject to prior contact with the owners, who have 2 hunting dogs.
