In the heart of Périgord Noir in the Dordogne, this charming gîte is ideally located 12 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda and its medieval old town, 21 km from the famous Lascaux cave, and 1.5 km from the pretty village of Salignac-Eyvigues. You're also close to the magnificent gardens of Eyrignac (where you can experience the atmosphere of white picnics in summer). You'll find all the amenities you need in this village between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. The proximity of the D60 will enable you to easily reach many of Périgord's must-see sites (castles, gardens, caves, troglodytic villages...).
The gite is close to the other Gites de France Les Rosiers, ideal for large families.

On a property with 3 houses not overlooked, this beautiful, fully air-conditioned house faces the rear with an unobstructed view over a walnut grove. On the first floor, you'll find a large 65 m² living room with corner sofa, TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with 1 double bed, separate toilet with washbasin, shower room with shower cubicle and 2nd toilet. Upstairs, after 13 steps, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two with 160cm beds and one with 2 90cm beds, a bathroom and separate WC.
After your walks, you can enjoy a private swimming pool open all year round, heated only from May to the end of September with salt water, secured by a 7x4.10m dome, 1.60m deep, and garden furniture. 8 deckchairs and a barbecue complete this little corner of paradise for great evenings ahead.
