Holiday cottage for 2 people with private Spa facing nature at the gates of Sarlat

Discover this recently renovated 2-person Holiday cottage, with its tasteful decor and private Spa overlooking the Countryside, where you can relax and enjoy birdwatching. Located close to the owners, the estate also includes a second Holiday cottage for 5 people. Chickens, cats and even pigs add to the friendly rural atmosphere.
The owners will be delighted to introduce you to their traditional bread oven, where they prepare delicious pizzas.
This Holiday cottage benefits from a privileged Location just 5 km from the historic center of Sarlat, the emblematic medieval town of the Périgord Noir, known for its cobbled streets, remarkable architecture and famous Market. Also nearby: the gardens of Marqueyssac (10km), La Roque-Gageac (12km), one of France's most beautiful villages, and the Lascaux caves (25km). Enjoy nature too, with canoe trips on the Dordogne.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, small dishwasher, espresso machine, mini-freezer, etc.), a table for 2 people, a 3-seater sofa, TV and wifi. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, opening onto a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, dressing area with washing machine and separate toilet.
The exterior features a first terrace with dining table, and a second terrace with a private 2-seater Spa, open all year round.
Parking space in front of the Holiday cottage. There's also a covered terrace, shared with another Holiday cottage, with views over the surrounding Countryside. Bicycles available.
