Discover this recently renovated holiday cottage for 2 people, featuring tasteful decor and a private Spa open year-round overlooking the Countryside—guaranteeing moments of relaxation and the chance to observe various bird species. Located near the owners’ home, the property also includes a second holiday cottage for 5 people. Chickens, cats, and even pigs contribute to the rural and friendly atmosphere.
The owners will be happy to show you how to use their traditional bread oven, where they bake delicious pizzas.
This holiday cottage enjoys a prime location just 5 km from the historic center of Sarlat, an iconic medieval town in the Périgord Noir region, known for its cobblestone streets, remarkable architecture, and renowned Market. Also nearby: the Marqueyssac Gardens (10 km), La Roque-Gageac (12 km), one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the Lascaux Caves (25 km). You can also enjoy the great outdoors with canoe trips on the Dordogne River.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, small dishwasher, espresso machine, mini-freezer, etc.), a table for 2 people, a 3-seater sofa, TV and wifi. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, opening onto a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, dressing area with washing machine and separate toilet.
The exterior features a first terrace with dining table, and a second terrace with a private 2-seater Spa, open all year round.
Parking space in front of the Holiday cottage. There's also a covered terrace, shared with another Holiday cottage, with views over the surrounding Countryside. Bicycles available.
