Far from any road and 100 m from the owner's winegrower's house, the gîte is surrounded by biodynamic vineyards, with the greatest respect for nature and its inhabitants. Vineyards and bastides are the two jewels of this region: in the heart of its famous vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant...) rises the town of Bergerac. Tennis court 500 m away in Saussignac. Private lake on site (no water in summer).
