The Holiday cottage "Les mésanges" is ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, close to Sarlat and between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. Here, you'll be able to take in the sights of La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Les Milandes, as well as Lascaux IV and the troglodyte town of La Madeleine, and take part in local activities (markets, fêtes) and cultural events (music and dance festivals, theater).
This comfortable house, with recent equipment and in very good condition, is located in a quiet, tree-lined, unoverlooked Countryside setting. There's plenty of outdoor space to relax or play, with garden games for all the family (swing, pétanque, molkky...) to be shared with the Holiday cottage next door. In the village of Proissans, you'll find small shops, a bakery, a butcher's and a crêperie, as well as a playground and a tennis court.Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.

Countryside house, 115 m2, 7 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the village of Proissans (small food shops) and 100 m from another Gîtes de France® Holiday cottage. A bright and welcoming living room with a kitchen (electric oven, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, oven, microwave) opening onto a lounge (2 sofas and armchair, TV, internet) and a dining room raised by 2 steps. The "La Bambouseraie" bedroom has a 160cm bed, followed by the "Countryside" bedroom with a 90cm bed and a 140cm bed, and the "Terra Cotta" bedroom with a 140cm bed. Each room has its own private bathroom and WC. Laundry room with washing machine and additional fridge-freezer. Large enclosed area (1000 m2), offering the possibility of dining on the terrace (plancha) in a relaxing cocoon. Parking for up to three vehicles.
