You'll love its private Piscine, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring, and its small, flower-filled garden. On foot, discover Bergerac's medieval streets, port, restaurants, markets and Museums. Nearby, explore the vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant, the bastides of Lalinde and Issigeac, or the Château de Monbazillac. Nature lovers can enjoy gabarre trips on the Dordogne, Hiking, cycling or canoeing.
Adjoining a house occupied all year round, this Holiday cottage is ideally situated to take full advantage of the charms of Bergerac and the treasures of the Périgord Pourpre.

Large living room with sitting area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with island (no hood or microwave). Mezzanine with TV and office area. A bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room and WC. A 2nd bedroom with a 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room and WC. In front of the Holiday cottage is a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Enclosed garden of approx. 100m2.
Heated Piscine, 8x4m, 1.50m flat-bottomed, salt water, secured by roller shutter, open from May to September. Outdoor shower and deckchairs.
Parking available in the cul-de-sac in front of the Holiday cottage.
For security reasons, the Holiday cottage is equipped with cameras. They will be deactivated during your stay.
