Just 10 minutes from Brantôme, nicknamed the "Venice of Périgord", this property invites you to enjoy a privileged setting within 68 hectares of meadows and woods. Dating back to 1786, this beautiful blond stone building has benefited from recent renovation, combining the charm of the past with modern-day comforts. The five bed and breakfast rooms provide a pleasant setting for discovering the riches of the Périgord Vert region, while the on-site facilities include a Piscine, Jacuzzi, Sports hall, table tennis, table soccer and pétanque court. Domaine des Mémis is an ideal base from which to explore the characterful villages, heritage and landscapes of Périgord.

The estate comprises 5 bedrooms, each with its own Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom and toilet: Ground floor: - Galápagos bedroom with 160x200 bed, private bathroom and terrace 1st floor:
-Azur room with a 160x200 bed, bathroom and private terrace -Alizé room with 2 120x200 beds, and bathroom not directly adjoining the room -Ariane room with a 160x200 bed, and bathroom -Solea room with a 160x200 bed, bathroom and private terrace Included in the price : a breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace, depending on the weather Piscine with chlorine, size 15x6, progressive depth up to 1m40, open from May to October, secured by fencing.
