Treat yourself to a unique stay in the heart of an 80-hectare estate, ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. Together, the three Holiday cottages comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, with independent spaces for each and every one, and convivial moments to share around the private swimming pool (9x4 m, salt water, open from June to September).
Enjoy an idyllic natural setting: vineyards, vegetable garden, truffle farm (can be visited in season), private pond for no-kill fishing (equipment available on request) and country walks with mushroom picking in season.
Ideally located in Salon, in the Périgord Blanc region, the Holiday cottages are just 26 km from Périgueux (its cathedral and picturesque streets), 28 km from Le Bugue (Village du Bournat, Aquarium) and 28 km from Les Eyzies. The first shops are just 5 km away, in Vergt.

3 independent Holiday cottages, located on the same property, can be rented together. Entrances are between 30 and 80 meters apart.
Côté Truffes (90 m²): living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms (including 1 on the first floor with a 160x200 bed, 2 with 140x200 beds), shower room with separate toilet, washing machine. Tumble-dryer available in outbuilding.
Côté Vignes (115 m²): fitted kitchen, large air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and fireplace (wood supplied), shower room with WC. Upstairs: three air-conditioned bedrooms with 140x200 beds and separate WC with washbasin.
Coté Noyeraie (70m2): main room with kitchen, TV/internet lounge, 1 ground-floor bedroom, 1 mezzanine bedroom, several private terraces near the Piscine.
From early June to late September, you can enjoy the private swimming pool. A ping-pong table is also available.
