Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, the 5-star Maisons du Bakery offers all the comforts and facilities you need for an idyllic stay. The fully-renovated, 18th-century Périgord-style stone house is set in four hectares of grounds. Serenity and calm are the watchwords for your vacation. The village of La Cassagne boasts a traditional bakery. Farmers also offer organic products (walnut oil, sunflower oil, flour, goat's cheese). Nearby tourist attractions: Lascaux, Brive, Terrasson, Sarlat, Vézère Valley, Dordogne Valley.
For your leisure, the owner offers a pétanque court (4mx15m), a soccer pitch (20mx30m) and a volleyball and/or badminton court (9mx18m). Equipment available: 18 pétanque balls, badminton rackets and shuttlecocks, pro soccer balls, pro volleyballs. Bike racks available.
This 165m² Holiday cottage is located in an independent, fully air-conditioned house on two levels: On the first level, you'll find a large living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen, a ground-level bedroom with a 160x200 bed, and a communicating shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC. On the 2nd level, the two beautiful attic bedrooms each feature a 160x200 bed and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower in one room, bathtub in the other). All rooms have a TV and a welcome kit. Two independent private WCs on the first floor.
Furnished terrace and private heated swimming pool from 1/4 to 07/11 (size 11m x 5m, depth 1.50m, flat bottom, access by steps, secured by a submerged cover, 6 deckchairs). Secure parking with automatic gate for several cars, reinforced socket. Unenclosed grounds. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair.

mamidia chouettes vacances
Le plaisir d'être en vacances en se sentant comme à la maison. Le gite est très agréablement aménagé, spacieux et au calme. Le village de LA CASSAGNE est superbe et incite à de belles promenades. La piscine chauffée invite à la baignade et fais le bonheur des enfants même si le temps est couvert!!
L'accueil est chaleureux avec de gentilles attentions de la part des propriétaires et Catherine vous donne des "tuyaux" pour profiter des spécialités de la région et découvrir des endroits magnifiques. Merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.- Cleanliness

Magnifique maison très agréable, parfaitement équipée avec de multiples attentions .
On y est tout de suite très à l’aise, tout est parfaitement pensé.
Le temps ne nous a pas permis de beaucoup utiliser la piscine qui est très accueillante.

Jopic Amazing house with great facilities
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house! It was so quiet and peaceful at night. Swimming pool was great - we spent many hours in there over the week and the outdoor dining set up was perfect with a really good gas bbq, outside table and parasol to keep the sun off. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was a lot of land with the property for our children to run around including a petanque court and football goals. Surrounding views were beautiful.
We were able to access the property as soon as we arrived and then the welcome from the owner a couple of hours later was very friendly and informative.
Only downside was that it was quite a distance to the nearest boulangerie so breakfast croissants weren't possible but this was maybe a plus for our health!- Cleanliness

Lucie Magnifique maison
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. La maison a été refaite avec goût, et est très agréable à vivre. Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien agencée.
La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, c'est comme à la maison.
La piscine est très grande, on peut y nager sans problème.

Sienna Famille Lyonnaise
La maison est parfaite pour partager des moments de bonheur en famille dans les meilleurs conditions de confort.
Les lieux sont propices à un repos bucolique avec un environnement exceptionnellement boisé et enchanteur grâce aux murmures des petits oiseaux !!
Le propriétaire est toujours disponible avec un respect du touriste un peu exceptionnel ce qui est grandement appréciable.
