A private entrance courtyard opens onto the main room, equipped with dining area, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, ceramic hob) and lounge area with TV and internet. 2 steps down to the first floor, with a 1st bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a private shower room with toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine family room with 2 90 cm beds in the first part and a 140 cm bed in the room at the end. On this floor, you'll find a bathroom with bath and WC. You'll appreciate the inner courtyard on the kitchen side, with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol. Private parking for the Holiday cottage is available in the cul-de-sac less than 100 meters away. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair.
