In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, at the gateway to Sarlat and the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, this comfortable, spacious stone house is located in the Countryside, in a quiet, leafy setting. Its terrace offers a breathtaking view over the Enéa valley. The Holiday cottage is within easy reach of a number of Hiking trails. The village of Proissans is 1.5 km away, with its bakery, butcher's shop, small market and restaurant. Ideal location for discovering the many tourist attractions of our beautiful region.

7 km from Sarlat (all shops and services), 140 m2 semi-detached house close to the owners' house and another Gîtes de France® Holiday cottage. First floor: large living room with kitchenette, dining room and sitting room. Utility room. 1st sleeping area : 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (140cm), shower room (double basin and walk-in shower), 1 separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and en-suite shower room and WC, then 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (double washbasin, shower and WC). Electric heating. Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, relaxation area in a green setting on unfenced grounds of 3,000m2 with a beautiful dominant view. Leanto with space for 2 cars.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub. Bathroom linen 5 €/person/change. Bed linen 15 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €100. Electricity included
