7 km from Montignac (all shops and Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art), 60 m² detached house near the owners' home. Les Hortensias is ideally located near the castles of the Dordogne Valley and the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley.
From the ground floor, you enter the living area, which includes a fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher and hob, and a sitting area with sofa, TV and dining table. Wifi access. You'll occupy one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and benefit from a shower room with washing machine and separate WC.
You'll enjoy the two terraces: one covered with garden furniture and the other with parasol, garden table, barbecue and 4 deckchairs, as well as the 3,000 m2 of unenclosed land shared with the owner, of which 800 m2 is private to the Holiday cottage. Table tennis. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair. Linen, electricity and heating included. Bathroom linen 15 €/person/change. Sheets 15€/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 70 €.

VEROB AURIAC
Hébergement que nous recommandons pour tous les amoureux de la Dordogne et du Périgord car très bien situé pour découvrir cette région sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres, très bien équipé et très propre. Des propriétaires soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires avec lesquels nous avons sympathisés. Des extérieurs : deux terrasses dont l'une abritée, un jardin arboré qui permet de se détendre à l'ombre ou au soleil en fonction de l'heure. Un hébergement qui permet d'être au plus près de la nature et de pouvoir profiter des produits du terroir en recommandant la ferme à quelques minutes du gîte où vous pourrez déguster leurs produits : foie gras, saucisse de canard, confit de canard et de manger sur place en extérieur dans une ambiance bon enfant et où tout est fait maison y compris l'apéritif. Superbe région que l'on recommande vivement. Merci encore pour votre accueil.
