You'll be in Savignac de Miremont, which means you're close to the main sites for discovering the Périgord's cultural and historical heritage, while enjoying a beautiful view of the forest and countryside from the pool. You'll love the large, convivial living room with its comfortable sofas, stone walls and different flooring materials, giving the room its own alchemy.
The Périgord is a land of gourmet delights, which I'll leave you to discover for yourself by visiting the Le Bugue farmers' market every Tuesday, with its added bonus of conviviality and exchange.
About 15 to 30 minutes' drive to discover the many sites of the Périgord: Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art in Montignac, Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, the village of Le Bournat in Le Bugue and the Proumeyssac chasm, the castles of the Dordogne Valley....

Detached house close to the owners' house. On the first floor, you'll enter through a lovely living room with TV, table soccer, Internet and Gllum is cool. There's a fully equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms (one with walk-in shower) and 2 WCs. Upstairs, you'll have access to 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (160cm).
You'll appreciate the terrace protected by an arbour below the gîte (10 steps), with garden furniture and barbecue.
Private, unheated, chlorine pool, 10mx5m, 1.30m to 2.10m deep, entrance by steps, alarmed and open from June to late September.
To relax, enjoy the private outdoor Jacuzzi open from March to October.
