You'll be 11km from Château de Hautefort, its gardens and the Musée de la Médecine, 55 minutes from the Lascaux 4 International Center of Parietal Art, 25 minutes from the Grotte de Tourtoirac, 50km from Périgueux, 67km from Sarlat, 34km from Brive (SNCF train station) and 56km from Collonges la Rouge in Corrèze.
The gîte, on a property surrounded by woods and pastures, has two exposures:
- on the east side: unoverlooked, with a fully-equipped terrace extending onto a 1300m2 rustic orchard, whose apples and pears are eaten as compote.
- West: separated from the owners' house by a vast courtyard.
A vacation that combines sport and relaxation, with a tennis court and an enclosed, unheated swimming pool measuring 4X8m, 1.50m deep, open from May to the end of September, 9:30am-1:30pm 3:30pm-8:30pm, both to be shared with the owners. An unfenced pond is located 150m downhill from the houses.

Detached 245m2 house. On the first floor, the bay windows give access to the dining room opening onto the living room and the fully-equipped kitchen, as well as to the laundry room adjoining the kitchen. Separate WC.
Upstairs (17 steps) in the hallway:
-a bedroom on the left, red in color, with 2 Twin beds (80x200)
-bedroom on right, blue, with 2 single beds 90x190
-a separate bathroom with shower and WC

At the end of the corridor, two bedrooms, one green, the other yellow, with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, on the landing: mezzanine leading to a large bedroom with 1 180x200 bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
