Thanks to the gîte's privileged location, you'll be able to reach the department's key sites in just a few minutes. In the village, you can choose to visit the prehistory museum, the Grand Roc concretion cave, rent canoes or visit the ornate caves of Combarelles and Font de Gaume.... You'll be just 10 minutes from the Gouffre de Proumeyssac, 25 minutes from Sarlat or the Grotte de Lascaux, and 45 minutes from Périgueux, home to numerous Gallo-Roman remains.
If you want to be in the heart of the Périgord Noir while remaining calm in a forest environment very typical of our beautiful region, this gîte is your next vacation home.
Set on 1500m2 of land, this detached house is the last one at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads into the woods. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, combi-freezer, microwave) opening onto the living room with TV, internet and an office area ideal for telecommuting.
On the first floor, you'll find a 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a small bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find 2 similarly-equipped bedrooms: 1 x 160x200 cm bed and 1 x 90x190 cm bed, and a large shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Outside, you'll find 2 terraces: one in front of the gîte, sheltered from the southern sun, and one on the more exposed balcony, with access from the kitchen.
On-site parking for 4 cars. Petanque court. Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair.

Les rangers du risk Super séjour
Gîte propre,accueillant et bien agencé. Un emplacement permettant d'accéder rapidement à beaucoup d'activités.
Cadre calme et en retrait.
Très bonne literie permettant de se reposer après de bonnes journées de marche.

lion Quel calme !
Séjour réussi dans ce gite spacieux et facile à vivre. L'équipement est complet et parfaitement adapté à une famille avec enfant, sous réserve toutefois que ceux-ci sachent monter et descendre quelques marches. La literie est impeccable et très confortable. L'électro-ménager est parfaitement adapté aux besoins d'une famille.
La situation géographique exceptionnelle du gite nous a permis de faire d'extraordinaires visites dans un périmètre géographique limité.

Loulou Le luxe au grand calme
Très agréable séjour au bout du monde.
Gite bien situé au milieu du Périgord noir, proximité de Sarlat, des grottes, des gouffres...
Accueil charmant.
